Anita Lee co-designed and implemented the Frequent Flyer Emergency Department (ED) Diversion Program at New York Presbyterian Hospital. The program supported patients in navigating health and social service systems to mitigate barriers in access, including Medicaid, affordable prescription drugs, preventive services, and primary care.
